Regarding order shipments
・Orders placed by Wednesday, August 5 will be shipped by Friday, August 7
・Orders placed from Thursday August 6 to Sunday, August 16 will be shipped sequentially starting Monday, August 17 

Regarding inquiries
Inquiries received from Friday, August 7 to Sunday, August 16 will be handled sequentially starting Monday, August 17.  Please note that we anticipate a high volume of inquiries and orders immediately after the holiday.
